In about 60 days this is going to be supper! Mary and Mom worked hard in my garden today preparing the soil and sowing the seeds. We planted:
Spinach
Onions (red and yellow)
Parsnips
Carrots
Sugar Peas
Beets
Yum, Yum, Yum . . . I can't wait to come up with some sweet recipes to use all this food.
You can see the two Basset Hounds keeping watch over the garden. They are annoying as can be when they bark non-stop, but they do seem to keep the rabbits out of the garden.

dang... our garden is still covered in snow.
I'm jealous...but hopefully won't be far behind you. I'm thinking spinach, a lettuce mix, and sugar peas sound pretty good!
