I tore the recipe out of a friend's Family Fun magazine. Here's a link to the recipe. I basically only used half of it and there was more than enough of the Peanut Sauce.
Here are the ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon peeled and grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
