Fall Vegetable Tart

I'm putting this on the blog before I even take a bite into it. Mary made this tart over Christmas and it was so tasty. Mom and I made it again this afternoon and we're just about to bite into it.


Squash, onion, apples, rosemary and thyme all mixed together in a flaky crust. Yum!
