What the?

Here's a interesting use of Saturday's breakfast leftovers:
  1. Take two pancakes and slather one with peanut butter.
  2. Cut up some banana and stick the pieces in the peanut butter.
  3. Halve "Little Sizzlers - Hot and Spicy" the long way, and put them on top of the bananas.
  4. Grab the maple syrup and drizzle over everything.
  5. Put remaining pancake on top to "sandwichize" it.
Now I haven't even taken a bite of this yet. I'll comment later today on whether or not I actually liked it.

What do you think?

I like peanut butter with pancakes, I like bananas with peanut butter, I like sausage with syrup. But I'm not so sure about putting it ALL together. Did you like it? Did Ben?

Well overall I was pretty satisfied with my "throw together." If I would have had a little more time, I would have piled on a fried egg and a slice of cheddar cheese.

I keep looking at it and trying to see a hidden happy face like you can get on the kids' menu at Village Inn, but all I can see is an angular kind of frown. I'm glad you liked it, Ed! And adding the cheese sounds like a tasty, if even less healthy, idea!
